Inefficient Image Conversion Workflow
The previous data management system A&D used do not have image format converting function. The designers with Photoshop account used to deal with over a hundred requests of data download and conversion for the sales department. It was a great disturbance for the designer's work.

No more image conversion request
All the stakeholders can operate the image format conversion by themselves via CIERTO directly without making any request. The workload of the designer greatly reduced, accompanied by the drastic increase of the productivity.

Unclear Data Release Date
There was no specific data release date setting for A&D, no one can identify the data cane be used or not. As a result, the sales and distributors of A&D were unable to obtain images and they may not be able to release the information on time.

Precise release date setting
The admin or manager can now set the data release date on CIERTO and also control the accessibility of the assets according to the release date. As the date is now clarified, all the stakeholders can distribute the promotional campaigns on time.

Service without global business support
The previous management system of A&D was made in Japan and fully capable for the Japanese market. However, when it comes to the global scale, the old service did not support multilanguage service, and the project members outside Japan could not access the system easily.

Multilanguage and global business support
The user language of CIERTO switch automatically by the display language of the browser, which the overseas members can also access and use the service easily. Now A&D can expand the global market without constraints and run the overseas project smoothly.

How we use CIERTO

Hight searchability and metadata setting
CIERTO allows metadata registration for each assets, and we can use the metadata value for search. Thus, not only by the file name, we can also access the data we want by inputting spec or part numbers of the product. And it is available to create url-type metadata on CIERTO so we can put the YouTube video links to the assets too. But at the same time, it is also convenient that we can delete the camera profile information on CIERTO which is not really necessary for our business. The metadata search function streamlined our workflow and we can get what we want easily.

Image format conversion and accelerated product distribution process
No need to download Photoshop, we can directly convert the file format on CIERTO, which reduced the workload of the design team. The image conversion function of CIERTO is truly inclusive, we can convert file format, background colour and resolution at once. Talking about image functions, the storyboard function for video assets is also useful that we can use the system screenshot for the business meeting directly without manual operation. Distributing image is a piece of cake in CIERTO, we can now output the images to all the promotional platforms precisely and easily.

Video clipping for the distributors
Once the data sharing platform we used have sharing limitation that we cannot provide the video data to the external stakeholders like distributors. However, now both internal and external members can access CIERTO and view the video file. Sometimes they may also do the video clipping on CIERTO without using external tool, we can now share the video clips to electronics stores and home medical service providers for promotion easily.

Collection function to view the assets promptly
The collection (bookmark) function of CIERTO allows us to aggregate all the necessary data from different folders and share it to the distributors simply. It will be more useful when we are having new product release and collect all the related data for sharing. Besides, the security setting is flexible but strict, that the receivers can only access the data with permission, which we can use the function safely.
