  • Basic Functions

    Centralized Management of Product data

    CIERTO PIM enables centralized management of product information such as price, size, specifications and stock. Besides, by linking with the DAM system, users can also manage assets related to the product like product image, promotional clips, user manual and catalogs integrally. In addition, you can also manage different information items on the administrator interface based on the needs of your company, todesign a flexible PIM platform.

    Subitems (SKU) Management

    Prices or barcoding can be different when there are color or size variations for the “same” products. In this case SKU Management is necessary. You can put all the subitems of the product on CIERTO, manage all the information easily. Attributes like name of product and taglines can be managed collectively, while maintenance workload can be reduced. Besides, you can choose both Product-level or SKU-level while exporting product information.

    “Item Type” Manage Function

    With CIERTO “Item Type” Manage Function, users can set different attributes and items of product information separately based on the categories and characteristics of the product. For “Food”, users can set items like “Expiry Date” and “allergens information”; for “Goods”, attributes like “Size” and “Texture” are necessary. You can also create and put products in different hierachies to manage them more efficiently.

  • Advanced Search Engine

    Advanced Search makes you find your products easily

    “All these words”, “Any of these words”, “None of these words”, “and/or searching”, there are various searching functions on CIERTO, helps you to find product information you want precisely. If you search “Smartphone”, Results including “Smartphone Case” or “Smartphone Accessories” will be shown. In addition, if you like to check the price or selling period of a product, you can use “”Between” Search Function” and set a range of numbers to hit what you want. You can also add several search filters simultaneously to get a more accurate result.

    “Search List” Function

    “Search List” Function is useful, especially when users like to search for several products at the same time. If you need to collect 100 data of products that will be merchandised next month, just use "Search List" function, list up all the product codes or barcodes at once and click the search button, all the assets you want will be shown on the screen. “Search List” Function will be helpful for those who need to make a proposal, or put product information on E-commerce platforms.

    Categorization and Tag Function

    Categorization Function is installed on CIERTO PIM. Users can manage and categorize assets by their brand or uses. An asset can be grouped with multiple categories based on its characteristics, it allows users to select and utilize the most appropriate category tags. Additionally, product categories and folder layers can be configured flexibly from the admin panel to align with companies’ requirements. This enables quick and efficient retrieval of products belonging to specific categories.

  • Linkage with DAM

    Managing promotional assets with DAM

    When posting product information on EC site, Social Media or Catalogs, asset data like images and videos of the product are also essential. Through CIERTO, users can manage product-related assets , by linking them with product information. The key feature of CIERTO is the seamless integration between DAM and PIM. This allows product assets managed in DAM to be automatically linked to product information in PIM, enabling efficient and rapid marketing execution.

    Automatic Assets Categorization

    Images, illustrations, videos, catalogs, there are many essential information and assets for a product. On the page of product information, users can manage these assets through categorization. Categorization of assets are generated automatically according to the name of the file and file extension.

    Production Information Management and Quality Assurance

    Users can also manage important product information including Terms and Conditions, Literatures and Documents of Industrial Processes through CIERTO directly, in order to prevent misinformation and misuse of the products. Especially for Food and Drug Products, users can manage important information like Nutrition Facts Label and Allergen Labels precisely and efficiently.

  • Flexible Permission Control

    Access Permission and Condition Setting

    Users can set different conditions of data access, with the example of "only accessible when the period of open acces has ended", or "only accessible for users with permission" according to your own needs. You can set up several conditons at a same time, and different conditions for different departments.

    Display Setting of Product Information

    Sometimes information like buying price or development information cannot be disclosed openly. In this case, users can control to show/hide a particular information to a particular user on CIERTO, to protect confidential infromation. You can set display conditions in both individual and group levels, so you can disclose the data to your business partner flexibly.

    Flexible Edit Permission Setting

    Users can also manage edit permission on CIERTO. You can choose giving a full edit permission to the editor, or a partial permission by seperating editable and non-editable information for a single asset, to avoid any misinformation is inputted. Besides, users can also control the permission of asset upload and deletion.

    Information Exporting Permission

    Users can also set permission on outputing and exporting product information or images. You can set a Full Permission and Partial Permission (only particular information of a single asset is available to be exported). It contributes to an efficient use of assets while only necessary information is exported.

    Users can export both Product Information and Promotional images in different forms aligned with their needs and purposes. For users who want to export product information, you can adjust items to be exported, item order, item labels (Header of Excel); for users who like to export product images, you can export the file in different formats and sizes. Users may have multiple purposes in using data: integrating with other systems, or putting information on EC shops. With a flexible exporting system by CIERTO, you can have much more choices on setting and fulfilling your purpose.

    Seamless Distribution and Various Platforms

    CIERTO supports product distribution through EC site (Shopify, ecbeing, etc.), and WebCMS (WordPress, HeartCore, etc.). Users can distribute product information and assets in different formats, to fit the nature of each platform, which enable accurate information delivery to all e-commerce and product websites. Automated distribution is also possible based on the scheduled delivery date and approval status.
