Using company-level management system: Increase work efficiency
Before implementing CIERTO, JCB did not possess a centralized data management system, each department manage their own data separately. As a result, it is hard to know the whole status of all printed materials in the company. After using CIERTO, a centralized file system for the whole company, they can manage all the assets in a single platform and monitor all the materials from different departments. Works including material management, data search or sharing became more efficient.

Reduced the time and stress in printed work production
When creating campaign flyers or pamphlets, the creator has to collect materials including logo or sample images. However, the data storage did not have a fixed location and it brought troubles to the creator. In CIERTO, users can clearly classify and manage all the data in folder-tree format. Thus, the creator can hit the data they want smoothly now, which also reduce its workload and stress.

Reduced the workload during the service revision period
All the information has to be revised whenever JCB modified their services (including name and scope) or telephone number. JCB used to spend a lot of time and labour force to find out which data has to be revised in file systems of each department. But for now, they can use sophisticated search functions of CIERTO to hit the files easily. Besides, the search results can be exported, which resolved their issue of data revision and increased productivity.

CIERTO is a solution with high usability.
We totally attracted by the user interface of CIERTO when we were figuring out the best DAM solution. The user screen of CIERTO is simple and we can master the operations easily even without reading the manual. One of our requirements of the new system is having a smooth data registration. Functions of CIERTO like file drag and drop is really useful, and the response time is fast, which met our request. Besides, the "bulletin board function" of CIERTO shows information including announcements and user manual. These essential information is placed in a prominent location, which facilitated the communication between users. In the future, we want to create a ranking for deliverables received the highest number of likes and share it to our staff to boost up their motivation. I think CIERTO can help us to do this and we can receive more great evaluations from customers by having a fast workflow.

Information Sharing and Reduction of inquiry time
All printed materials included a unique number and information related to content creation. We can manage these information easily on CIERTO. The format of attributes (pull-down form, checkbox, etc.) is highly varied, we can register and manage the critical information on admin interface easily with the suitable format. The data used to be kept in a particular department is now openly shared on CIERTO, we can check the data speedily and reduce the working time. Moreover, the collective attributes modification function is really useful and it will be the bread and butter for our workflow.

Accurate and Fast Data Search Function
We are using search functions other than folder-tree data classification on CIERTO. While registering the promotional materials and data, CIERTO automatically formalizes the the attributes information (delivery date, types of media, etc.). When we use those formalized rules to do the search, results can be hit easily. In addition, we can use service name or just a tel. number rather than using a precise file name in the full-text search, which makes it easy to search things efficiently. Even we are having a card redesign, the essential information can be found out quickly. "Searching data" used to be the most time-consuming part in a project. But CIERTO made us to know searching file can also be an easy job.

Purpose-based Access Control
Although we would like a company-level file manage system, some of the files with high confidentiality can only be managed by a particular department, i.e. access restriction and control are necessary. Users can control the accessibility of data and functions on CIERTO. One of the example of permission control is: the department of media design can edit the attributes of the data, while the other departments can only preview and download the data but no permission to edit its attributes. We can construct a secured environment and ensure the integrity of data by controlling the operations for each user/group.

Beneficial Data Sharing Function of CIERTO
Before implementing CIERTO, we (who manage the materials) received many inquires like: "Where can I find the logo?" "Can I get samples for direct mail?" Phone calls, search, delivery of the required data gave us a high pressure. But after having CIERTO, we can just ask them to search the data on CIERTO, and everything is done. Even when we have to share assets to a guest without CIERTO account, "Guest Link" function can help us to do the mission. It really reduced our workload associated to the inquiries.
