Centralized and secured management of product image and information
Product images and information of KIOXIA are all managed on CIERTO centrally. To prevent security issues, the users categorize the data and assign metadata on each assets, users/departments without qualification cannot access the data.

File conversion for Adobe CC data
Users can upload and preview the Adobe CC data on CIERTO. Besides, they can perform image conversion, that turn the Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator files into JPEG or other image files on directly CIERTO for simple materials distributions. All the users can perform image conversion without using Adobe applications and, no need to require the designers to provide the suitable format of image every time.

Lubricated communication with the overseas branches
The promotional materials of KIOXIA are usually created by the Japan headquarter. But the business flow also involved with the overseas offices frequently. With CIERTO, an open platform for all the offices, KIOXIA can share data and work instruction to all of their bases. Accompanied with the large data upload capability (up to 8GB per data), all the staff can confirm video data easily, without the restriction of boundaries.

CIERTO is the best tool for band management.
KIOXIA used to store and manage the promotional data on separated file servers and share the data to the overseas offices. But as the data was managed separately by different departments, there were issues including difficult to search the necessary data and mange the expiration dates. CIERTO is the game changer for our company. We can now centrally manage all the data in a single platform, and search the data easily by using the metadata. In addition, the Adobe CC files preview and file conversion functions of CIERTO help us to check the data easily and greatly reduced our workload. We are frequently having the version upgrade of the system and always excited to see the new functions of CIERTO.

Flexible access permission and workflow settings
The flexibility of permission setting is pretty high. We can set different access permissions for finished products and running projects, and the admin of each departments can set detailed permission settings including preview-only or download-only to each users. By having detailed permission settings, VPJ provided us a full support, so we can do the setting without any hindrance.

Secure data management
All assets are subject to copyright and contractual usage limits. We used to store those information in other files. But now, we can use metadata on CIERTO to mark the expiration dates and copyright information on each assets directly. and the most important thing is, the data will become invalid automatically when it exceeded the expiration date. It is useful to manage the copyright issues properly.

Good collaborations with the overseas offices
We have frequent communications with our Asia, America and Europe offices and share the production data with them. Using CIERTO increased the efficiency of file sharing and instruction sharing, that all the partners can do the right instructions and have a smooth workflow regardless of the physical and language barriers.

High scalability of CIERTO
CIERTO is having new functions continuously. Originally we were using another service for proofing data, some of the users were not willing to use CIERTO as the user interfaces of two systems are totally different. However, VPJ developed a proof function based on our requirement, so we can finish all our works on CIERTO directly. The scalability of CIERTO is one of the reason why we use it.
