Product information management and improvement of productivity
SSK is handling sports products from over 300 manufacturers. The product management system they introduced can only manage the text information but no way to do with the visual assets. It was a big problem that they have spend extra time to find the correct pair of product information and the images. But after implementing CIERTO, SSK can directly map the product information on PIM and visual data on DAM, the time to prepare distribution is shortened and they can provide information to the customers on time.

The reduced inquiries from the manufacturers
SSK has over 3,000 clients, they receive large amount of inquiries from the clients (via manufacturers) everyday. Multiple staffs dealt with a single inquiry from the manufacturer before the implementation of CIERTO. But now, the manufacturer can also access CIERTO and confirm the information by themselves, the number of inquiries greatly reduced and they can respond to the clients more speedily.

The EC business expansion for the customers
Most of the SSK clients have their own EC service or malls. When the clients need distributions, the SSK staffs have to collect and organize the data for EC service from the large data storage in the old system inconveniently. But now, they can collect all the data from CIERTO easily, and the process of distribution is also streamlined as the SSK clients can directly access CIERTO and use the one-click function of data distribution and share their information promptly and precisely.

DAM and PIM is an essential tool for our business plan
As nowadays EC becomes the major business model, and the number of brands we are managing is also drastically increasing, so we decided to find a product information system that including DAM and PIM. We tried to compare VPJ by CIERTO and some other overseas products to see the whole situation. Finally, we found CIERTO has a cheper cost and provide us a comprehensive support for the function customization, undoubtedly it is the best solution for our company. PIM and DAM is really important to our daily workflow that we can now provide information to the customers or distribute materials on our EC webpage without time lag. We are considering having API integration with CIERTO and power up the service in the future.

Flexible access permission settings
There are around 80 clients of SSK are having a contract with us that using CIERTO to access the data directly. Needless to say, the platforms will have all the assets and information of all our clients, it would violate the copyright and privacy issues if a client accessed the folder that do not belong to his/her company. But the access permission setting of CIERTO is very flexible and simple. we can set permissions according to each client and they could only see the assets or folders they are allowed to use. It protected the client properties but also streamline the process of data search and sharing.

Useful search function and the reduction of data collection time
It was a challenge for us to collect the promotional materials as the system we used can only store the text information. It took time to map the visual assets in another system. But CIERTO can seamlessly link both text information and visual assets in one platform, we do not need to map the data manually anymore. A case we heard from a client that is directly accessing CIERTO, is that they reduced over 70% of time in gathering the promotional materials.

Easy image provision
To make product more attractive, we need to provide images and videos data to our customers for product introduction. Some of the clients may need the visual data but they do not have the contract to access CIERTO. In this case, we use Guest Link function by CIERTO to share the assets with the one who do not have an account. We received over 13,000 image requests from the clients in the past six months. The function is convenient and really help the sales support.

Direct information distribution for EC business
The data (also the metadata) of the assets stored on CIERTO can be modified flexibly. And we can also perform the image format and size conversion on the platform directly without using external application. So we always feel relief to handle with the data even we have to distribute them to several EC pages. In addition, CIERTO can directly integrate with our EC pages, which means we can distribute all the data on the platform by just clicking the submit button. We are having 10 clients using the services and we would like expand it as it really reduces our lead time of distribution.
