There are 40 lens products for Tamron in photography-related business. The marketing department has to create promotional materials (CG and real sample photos) of these products in both print and web media. Reduced workload without download of assets
150 sample photos are taken for each lens products, we have to check and confirm the photos in very detail before using it as the usage may get different by the differences of the sales points. Thus, before using CIERTO, we had to download the images and check it carefully. But now, we can directly preview the image data on CIERTO without download it, it will be useful when we have to select photos for the promotional events. In addition, the original image size checker on CIERTO also lubricated the data confirmation process to check the images clearly and precisely.

Easy and Secure Data Sharing in both internal and external
We need to share the data information to two other production outsourcing companies and the photographers while creating the materials. After using CIERTO, we do not use other free online storage but can still share the data to the external supporters safely. When sharing the data, the external users are required to input the password and prohibit to share it to the other users. It ensures the safety data sharing. And the admin can also check the user activities briefly, even if there is information leakage or change the data, admin can quickly track all the users and figure out the problem.

Reduce Workload for Image Format Conversion
We use webpage, social media platforms including YouTube as our promotional channels. When uploading the materials on these platforms, we use "image conversion function" of CIERTO to simply deal with the task. Files in TIFF or PSD can be converted into JPG or PNG formats easily, and users can do infinite size and format conversions to one single file. It greatly reduced our workload on image conversion and we can distribute the data to all the platforms smoothly.

Effective Video Checking and Distribution
We also use video content in our promotions. The video related functions of CIERTO is the best solution for us. The storyboard function extracts all the frames in the video per second, we can preview and check the content even without playing the video. Besides, we can directly output the frame as a PNG image and use it as a thumbnail or promotional image for the video. The video functions of CIERTO is too convenient and we can create a much simpler workflow.
