Device-free Video Preview
Before implementing CIERTO, video for technical information can only be watched with particular application. But for now, we can directly view the video assets through CIERTO regardless of its size or format, without using any applications. There are also some convenient functions, like "storyboard", a function which can create an overall preview even with a long video, which improved the efficiency of video preview and confirmation.

Efficient Keywords Search Function
Previously the searching time for technical information was long. It led to the postpone of of technology implementation and caused productivity differences between factories. But the search function of CIERTO is well-equipped, basically you can hit the video you want, by searching the file name plus attributes like "name of technology", "benefits of introduction", etc.. Moreover, users can set attributes in different formats more than text, like checkbox or tag based on the nature of the metadata. For example, we applied attributes in tag format to select correct tag(s) from the list when inserting personal information, to prevent any typo and choose wrong person.

Strict Access Control and Secure Environment
Users cannot access the information unless they received the permission from the admin. The application/approval workflow design for the accessibility is important in order to create a secure environment and prevent information leakage. Even everyone accesses the same platform, their accessibility can be different. In addition, watermark will be inserted the data which is highly confidential (triggered by the metadata setting). The security control is flexible, which can be adjusted based on the privacy policy of the company.

Initially, there was only one department using CIERTO. But we introduced the service to other departments by the requirements from both domestic and overseas offices. And at that time, we also started to use the BI tool of CIERTO, to review the the most used keywords and the most accessed functions in chart format, and put the popular information on the bulletin board of CIERTO. The data is important and we will continue to use it.
