Data management and sharing
The materials on CIERTO can be directly shared to the internal or external stakeholders who possess the permission of data access. After finishing the production, the product can be stored on the free-access folder on CIERTO and disclosed to our members publicly. As both the raw materials and the production can be stored on CIERTO with different access permission, it is easy to search for a data we want, and the whole process is secure and safe.

Increase the productivity
Although CIERTO provides us a secured and sophisticated environment for data storage, sometimes it will be a problem when we need to upload or download data from/to the cloud storage, especially we have to process over 5,000 data a year. We set up an internal file server within the company's LAN, and we can directly synchronize the data on both internal file server and CIERTO. In other words, we can ensure all the updates can be shown on CIERTO automatically, and all other stakeholders can access the latest data through CIERTO.

Convenient Automation Functions
We are using several automation functions on CIERTO. For example, we use the automated data expiration setting, that the data can not be used or previewed after the expiration date to avoid the copyright issues. Another function we are frequently using is the "Guest Link" function, that we can share the data to the guest users without CIERTO account. The users received the guest link email can click on it and download the data they need. The admin user can also receive notice when someone downloaded the data automatically, which ensure the security of data usage.

Release product information to our partner
We are now creating a CIERTO account with only download permission to our partnership distributor. In the accessible folder for the distributor, there are over 540,000 PDF files, and there are 500 people access and download data from the folder per month. The reason why we create a special account for the distributor is that they can directly search the data they need, it greatly reduced the numbers of inquiries to us and streamlined the whole process.
